Our family felt warmly welcomed, with a thoughtful setup for our kids, including a baby cot and cute panda slippers. The service truly made us feel at home.

Sadly, we encountered a strong odor emanating from the standalone shower, which dampened our otherwise delightful stay. It required running the water for a while before using it.

We loved exploring the nearby shops and trying out exclusive private cooking lessons. The service was top-notch, especially the concierges who helped us plan our visit. The breakfast spread was exceptional, setting high expectations for future guests.

One downside was the gym. it was quite cramped and didn't have enough equipment for a proper workout.
